Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative solutions that meet customer needs
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profitability
Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
Stay uptodate with industry developments and best practices in sales and marketing

Skills:

Proven experience in account management, business development, and outside sales
Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales performance metrics
Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with clients
Indepth knowledge of technology sales or technical sales is highly desirable
Ability to lead and inspire a highperforming sales team
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Resultsoriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
