    Description

    President and CEO

    The President and CEO will be responsible for leading our client, a specialized IT service provider in the eCommerce space, to become the premier eCommerce managed services company in the world.

    We are looking for a highly experienced executive with a proven track record in driving growth and executing strategic plans. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity and at least five years in a CEO/President/COO role.

    We are a highly specialized IT service provider in the eCommerce space, quickly becoming the go-to hosting partner for leading retailers and other online commerce organizations. Our focus is on supporting leading eCommerce platforms and offering an array of augmentation services, including fully managed PCI compliance, application performance management, DoS mitigation, content delivery, and load-testing.

    Our goal is to become the premier eCommerce managed services company in the world. We believe our specialization, differentiation, and depth of expertise will drive us to achieve this target.

    Scope of Position

    The President and CEO will be responsible for refining our strategic and operating plans, implementing and executing our strategic direction, overseeing day-to-day operations, architecting the organization, and providing ongoing direction to our executive team.

    Functional Tasks

    1. Routine discussions with the Board of Directors and senior management team to refine business and financial strategies.
    2. Implement and execute market expansion and competitive positioning plans.
    3. Oversee timely implementation of business and financial plans.
    4. Develop organizational structure and operational capabilities.
    5. Provide guidance and development support to the executive team.
    6. Maintain industry awareness and trends.
    7. Lead business and brand expansion into new markets.

    Key Performance Deliverables

    1. Operational performance (availability, performance, and security).
    2. Refined HR policies and their relevant metrics around attraction, motivation, and retention.

    Preferred Experience/Education

    A strong background in the eCommerce industry and experience delivering IT solutions as a Managed IT Hosting service provider is essential. A driving management style that leverages the strengths of our existing team is also required.
