Summary:

Primary role would be to manage qualification & certification for the Maintenance, Flight Operations, FBO and Paint Facility groups. Support training coordination when required. Support knowledge management initiatives & other related projects.


Responsibilities:


What is expected from a Training Coordinator at Innotech-Execaire Aviation Group:

KNOWLEDGE

  • Knowledge of the Certification of Personnel Section of Execaire MPM/MCM
  • Knowledge of the Training Section of Execaire MCM/MPM
  • Basic knowledge of OHS Regulations
  • Basic Knowledges of Canadian Aviation Regulations 571,573,605 and 706 is an asset
  • All related documentations for the other groups, to be communicated during onboarding phase.
  • Basic knowledge of pilot training requirements for Canadian private (CAR 604) and commercial (CAR 704);
  • Basic knowledge of pilot qualifications requirements including validity periods, including renewal options and extension limits;
  • Knowledge of the Execaire Training Control Manual.

KNOW HOW

  • Make data entries in the LMS/QMS system in regards to (course creation, qualification and certification updates)
  • Coordinate external courses in collaboration with Production managers as required
  • Coordinate external CBT courses when required
  • All tasks associated with the hiring process in creation of a new profiles etc.
  • Prepare reports as required.
  • Manage Pilots qualification & certification (License, etc.);
  • Associate the Execaire Training Manual with the regulatory elements for pilot training and qualifications;
  • Make data entries in the LMS/QMS system in regards to (course creation, qualification and certification updates, medical reports, passports, RAIC (restricted area identity cards) etc.);
  • All tasks associated with the hiring process in creation of a new profile;
  • All the regulated documentations for the other groups (FBO and Paint Facility), to be communicated during onboarding phase;
  • Participate in the Project Management tasks;
  • Other related tasks identified by the IEAG Learning Center Manager.

Requirements:


  • Post Secondary Education including Certification in Instructional Design
  • 35 years of experience preferably in the Aviation industry(preferred)
  • Knowledge of LMS/QMS system management, PELESYS or other similar systems (preferred)
  • Attention to detail and acuracy, good interpersonal and project coordination skills
