We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Part-Time Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our esteemed customers.
As the voice and face of McPhillips Toyota, you have a significant role in shaping the customer's first impression of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
Warmly welcome and assist all visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right person or department.
Communication:
Proficiently handle a multi-line telephone system, ensuring all calls are answered, forwarded, or screened in a courteous and professional manner.
Mail & Package Handling:
Efficiently receive, sort, and distribute mail and coordinate courier services as needed.
Administrative Assistance:
Support various departments with a range of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Inventory & Supplies:
Take charge of ordering office supplies and aiding in the input of vehicle inventory.
Additional Duties:
Undertake any other responsibilities that may arise in the day-to-day functioning of our dealership.
Qualifications:
- Previous receptionist experience is preferred.
- Availability to work flexibly, including days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently multitask in a dynamic, highvolume setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
Salary:
From $14.50 per hour

Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
