Perfect Transport is currently recruiting for Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk to work in the the Transportation industry.This position is responsible for providing financial and administrative assistance in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
You will perform the day to day processing of freight invoices to ensure that freights accurately and are paid in a timely manner.
You will also be responsible for the invoicing of customers, verifying all charges are added to customer as necessary, and submitting invoices via multiple different systems.
Duties would be as follows:
- Perform the day to day processing of carrier invoices to ensure that carriers bill accurately and are paid in a timely manner
- Pay all employees of Company Weekly
- Work with Customer Reps to resolve issues
- Invoicing customers
- Submitting invoices
- Tracking Orders & Putting new Orders in the System
- Other duties as assigned
Salary:
$14.25-$17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Lasalle, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Accounting in Transportation: 1 year (preferred)
