    Your Responsibilities in a few words

    Establish the necessary links with managers, custodians and the banking institution – Record monthly transactions such as purchases, sales, maturities and interest – Prepare internal accounting reports required for investment committee meetings – Carry out monthly monitoring of the mentioned portfolio and produce the necessary accounting reports – Analyze and highlight key points of monthly and quarterly transactions – Collaborate with treasury and investment committees to discuss reports – Ensure the preservation of documents in accordance with the current schedule – Meet the liquidity needs of the various corporations – Perform gap analyses, particularly with regard to the bank and managers - Participate as a member of committees finance and investments – Prepare agendas and minutes of meetings – Develop the annual budget of revenues and expenses – Write the annual report to report on the state of capital of each entity – Carry out the classification and archiving of documents – Keep documents according to schedule – Carry out accounting and provide secretarial services at the corporate level, preparing agendas and drafting minutes of meetings.

    Your assets for this position

    • DEC in administration or accounting or experience in a similar role
    • Have at least 2 years of experience
    • Have a good foundation in accounting
    • Bilingualism :Essential French (spoken and written)
    • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
    • Good communication skills and teamwork
