Permanent Full-Time, $41,984 to $47,658 Salaried, Benefits, RRSP

PHARA is seeking individuals with exceptional administration and communication skills to join our team.

You will play a vital role to the organization, by providing direct support to the Chief Executive Officer, as well as performing float roles and assisting with other departments, for effective service facilitation.

This position works with the CEO to move forward health and housing services.

QUALIFICATIONS

A university degree or diploma in business administration, project management, or equivalent, with experience in a medium to large office environment.
Valid driver's licence and personal vehicle.
Proficiency in multiple software packages including Microsoft and Adobe.
Experience with office administration duties.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple elements at once.
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
