Job description:
- Supporting internal business consultants, facilitating communication between start
- Developing, implementing and directing the overall records creation, maintenance and disposition system for the control of all records and maintaining organized document records for the startup's operations.
- Conducting research to help consultants in gathering relevant data and information needed for their client projects ultimately aiding in the preparation of comprehensive reports.
- Compile data and craft periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, reflecting the startup's goals and objectives.
- Assess and analyze existing business processes to administrator and customize office administrative processes for ensuring efficiency and adherence to established procedures; Evaluate and implement new procedures as needed to efficiently onboard business clients.
- Prioritize tasks and delegate responsibilities to support our internal business consultants, ensuring timely completion of work and adherence to deadlines within the startup environment.
- Facilitate administrative activities associated with onboarding the business startup clients looking to retain our services.
- Coordinate and plan various office services, including, relocations, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services, tailored to the unique needs of the office.
- Analyze the administrative functions pertaining to budgeting, contracting, as well as project planning designed for startup dynamics.
- Coordinate projects related to business operation enhancements, ensuring alignment with startup clients' strategic objectives.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement within our startup consultancy firm.
- Stay informed about relevant regulations and industry standards impacting business operations to inform consultants to ensure startup clients' adherence to compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- A university degree or college diploma in business or a related field.
- Experience working with business project apps such Clickup, Looker Studio (Google Data Studio), Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setup.
- Excellent time management and organization skills.
