  • Build and manage our internal sales communication within the Microsoft Office platform.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Assisting sales representatives with preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Compiling and analyzing sales data to generate reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in coordination of onboarding and offboarding of strategic accounts.
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, conference calls, appointments, and regional events.
  • Updating customer databases and maintaining accurate records of sales transactions.
  • Serving as a point of contact between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the organization.
  • Responding to inquiries and providing assistance as needed.

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Experience of 5 years in similar role;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft OfficeSpecifically: Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Outlook, Planner, and Forms
  • The ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple tasks;
  • A customer-centric mindset for providing excellent service and support to customers.
