Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations with a focus on efficiency and time management.
• Prioritize customer satisfaction, addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Train and mentor staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality and timely food service.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and cost control.
• Implement strategies to enhance profitability and restaurant performance.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues with a customerfocused approach.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and a customeroriented mindset.
• Leadership capabilities with a track record of team development.
• Indepth understanding of the restaurant industry, including market trends.
• Resilience in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
• Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
