5 years of experience as a Coach guiding a team on the use of Agile:


  • 5 years of experience as a leader of staff:
  • Experience in project and program management
  • Experience training resources Agile project delivery
  • Must promote the value of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict management, continuous improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
  • Must have an exceptional interactive and collaboration skills as well as experience in building high performing teams.
  • Experience using management and collaboration tools such as
    JIRA, Azzure Devops, Mural Microsoft Teams, Confluence, Agile Craft, Rally, VersionOne, Balsamiq, Align and Zephyr and SharePoint

Nice to have skills:


  • Experience as a Certified/Professional Scrum Master with a strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts and principles
  • Active participant and a contributor to the Agile community
  • Experience with Agile technology practices such as DevOps, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration, AWS
  • Sales experience helping to grow and promote a business' services and offerings

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Mississauga, ON
