    Operations Specialist (Perfect For New Grads)

    The successful candidate will be working in our clients offices doing a lot of work supporting their accounting team. They will be supporting trade processing, reconciliation and control, transfer and deposit processing as well as insurance processing for their branches. They will be responsible for:


    • Perform processing functions, such as document processing, transaction approvals, service requests from EJ Branches, reconciliation, etc.


    • Perform excel analysis and processing on a variety of functions.


    • Manage a variety of these functions, learning and contributing in a progressive manner (via training and peer support).


    • Provide excellent customer service to EJ Branches, peers and other Divisions within Home Office.


    • Be a collaborative, active and engaged team member.

    Required experience:


    • Prior analyst/admin work in a financial setting


    • Business/Operations/Finance degree


    • Strong excel skills
