Stone Fabrication Company located in NE Calgary.Working hours: 8:30-4:30
Duties:
- Greet and assist walk in customers for their enquires
- Handling couriers
- Perform Daily Office admin duties such as Filing, purchasing office and workshop supplies etc.,
- Assist HR duties include but not limited to payroll, employees leave and attandance records etc.,
- Assist Accounting issues such as patty cash and collect outstanding payment etc,
- To communicate between sales team, fabrication/ installation teams and clients
Qualifications:
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Can work independtanly and good team player as well
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast work pace
- Able to effectively prioritize workload; and
- Prior experience with Sales/ marketing/ customer service is an asset.
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
