Description
Stone Fabrication Company located in NE Calgary.

Working hours: 8:30-4:30


Duties:


  • Greet and assist walk in customers for their enquires
  • Handling couriers
  • Perform Daily Office admin duties such as Filing, purchasing office and workshop supplies etc.,
  • Assist HR duties include but not limited to payroll, employees leave and attandance records etc.,
  • Assist Accounting issues such as patty cash and collect outstanding payment etc,
  • To communicate between sales team, fabrication/ installation teams and clients

Qualifications:


  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Can work independtanly and good team player as well
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast work pace
  • Able to effectively prioritize workload; and
  • Prior experience with Sales/ marketing/ customer service is an asset.

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
