【Responsibilities】

Familiar with Google search engine SEO and SEM, responsible for Google Ads and Facebook ad placements, and realtime optimization of ad groups.
In charge of affiliate marketing and establishing promotion relationships with media influencers.
Proficient in data analysis, capable of building short, medium, and longterm traffic growth models, as well as performance conversion data models.
Familiar with SNS and adept at promoting websites through Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram.
Develop overall operation plans for the company's independent website, including promotion schemes, sales promotion plans, customer relationship management, etc. Optimize bounce rate, clickthrough rate, conversion rate, and repeat purchase rate to enhance the user shopping experience and user stickiness.

【Qualifications】

Have 12 years of experience in building and operating independent websites.
Possess strong data analysis skills with a high sensitivity to changes in data.
Strong drive, excellent team collaboration skills, adept at crossdepartmental communication, outstanding independent thinking, and execution abilities, with strong selflearning capabilities.
Have a comprehensive mindset for brand independent website operations, creative planning ability for independent website activities, and a longterm goal for development and growth in this direction.

Salary and Working Hours:

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 30 hours per week.

Salary:
$18-$22 per hour.

Toronto, ON.
