Reporting to the Trade Support Team Lead, the Trade Support Coordinator will be responsible for communication between the Non-Ferrous Trading Department and the AIM Recycling yards.


  • Maintain and update of inventory positions;
  • Manage communication within the yards; Maintain a queue of quote requests from internal stakeholders and ensure they are responded in a timely manner;
  • Collecting all necessary information required to settle claims on behalf of traders;
  • Support traders for compiling loads for bidding purposes, including cataloguing pictures of the material;
  • Ensure followup of open trade orders;
  • Perform data entry for various documents for the department;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support business initiatives and projects related to trade operations;
  • Generate various reports;
  • Perform all other related tasks.

Qualifications

  • A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration or any other relevant training;
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support;
  • Bilingualism (French, English);
  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills;
  • Ability to handle various adhoc requests in a dynamic environment;
  • Excellent command of the Office Suite (intermediate Excel level);
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and partnering skills;
  • Industry experience & sales experience considered an asset;
