Job Description:

CEDA is hiring a Warehouse Labourer to support the day-to-day operations of our warehouse/ town shop in Fort McMurray

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • General warehouse upkeep/housekeeping including sweeping and mopping of floors
  • Operates forklift and large cube van
  • Keeps warehouse neat and orderly
  • Dispenses warehouse materials
  • Picks and bills stock to work orders
  • Inventory controls including cycle counts as required
  • Shipping and receiving of freight with multiple carriers
  • Shipping and receiving coveralls for the mechanical and the welding shops

Role Specifications
years of related work experience

  • 2 years of shipping and receiving work experience is an asset
  • Warehouse experience an asset
  • Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Ability to be flexible with scheduling and hours of work
  • Ability to produce a negative result for drug & alcohol test

  • Ability to prioritize and initiate innovative solutions
  • Demonstrates strong organizational and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Possess an uncompromising commitment to health, safety & environment
