Job Description:
Must-Have
Strong English & local language

(French for Montreal) proficiency and inter personal skills. Provide incident and request management support to all datacenter devices (Windows servers, VMs, Storage, Backup/restore) Manage and administer support for the server operating system, system management software and operating system utilities Hands on Patch management process. Supply, review and approve the patches, hot fixes and service packs to be applied. Vulnerability scanning and reporting Hands on Health check and event management Maintain currency of the images as per the vendor product lifecycle Manage and support the HA environment and Test failover of high availability systems Create, change, maintain and delete volumes and directory structures Operation, maintenance and administration of the back-end infrastructure for print services. Creation/restoration of images and up gradation of patches using SCCM. Ability to participate in the design, architect and engineering of software deployments/installation process. Demonstrated ability to provide user support by means of remote access tools. Ability to communicate effectively with both Business/Management and Vendor resources & acquire knowledge from them.
