Director of Digital Commerce Operations

This role involves overseeing the development and execution of a digital commerce strategy that drives revenue growth and enhances customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in leading cross-functional teams, developing operational roadmaps, and managing partnerships to drive business outcomes.

• Developing strategic plans for digital commerce operations across both B2C and B2B channels;


• Leading daily operations to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experiences by managing complex ecosystems of partners, platforms, and internal stakeholders;


• Driving process improvements opportunities across the eCommerce value chain through data-driven insights; and


• Collaborating with technology teams to enhance platform capabilities and integrations with third-party systems.

A successful Director will possess exceptional analytical skills, strong project management abilities, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, experience working with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Adobe), OMS systems, and ERP systems is desirable. They should also demonstrate strong leadership qualities including ability to collaborate effectively , lead cross functional initiatives , develop relationships , communicate impact results & take decisions . An MBA or related degree is highly valued but not required.
