    The Mine Site Administrator will deliver excellent customer service and be responsible for the support of the overall service process and management of time entry within the service department.

    For this position, the expected salary range is between $45,000 - $50,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.

    Job Description:
  • Accurate daily time entry for the service department hourly employees
  • Support the Customer Service Advisors in the management of service process and customer communication
  • Submit Service requests for correct allocation of time
  • Opening of Maintenance Customer Orders and the open to invoice and average age of timecard entry
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers for completed work in a timely fashion
  • Responsible for accuracy and timely coding of accounts payable, expense reports, time sheet entry, attendance and vacation time recording
  • Accountable to support the Service Work in Progress process and to identify the aging of work orders
  • Assist with tracking near miss and incident reporting for the branch
  • This position may be required to support other responsibilities the site administration team as needed

    Qualifications:
  • Grade 12 education minimum
  • Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills

    Note:
  • Supporting Finning facility D02 (CNRL, Fort McMurray)
  • Remote work is available for this role once training is complete
  • Travel may be required to D02 facility (Estimated once per month)
  • 5 x 2 Monday - Friday, 7.5 hour shifts
  • Temporary, full-time position for 3 months with opportunities for extension
  • Training opportunities provided
