Job summary

We have a new opportunity for a Project Assistant to join our growing operation.

You will report to the Project Coordinator and will work closely with the Facilities, Janitorial and Catering teams. This is a hybrid work arrangement located in Burnaby BC.

Your responsibilities include providing support to facilities projects maintaining folders documents and shared trackers including basic project budget tracking supporting seating plan updates coordinating with HR hiring managers/teams and IT assigning lockers managing contractor access cards and master keys ordering office supplies furniture kitchen supplies appliances small equipment signage nameplates flags company photos etc maintaining and updating the Facilities SharePoint site MaintainX as needed
