Responsibilities:
As the Client Solutions Manager, reporting to the Team Lead of Client Services, will be part of the Personal Lines Auto team located out of our Point West office at 3965 Portage Avenue.
How you will impact The Business
- Supporting a designated portfolio of clientele, playing a meaningful role in business retention and building upon customer relationships.
- Review accounts at renewal, taking the vital steps in placing coverage required by the client, remarketing when required, adhering to binding authority set out by carriers.
- Respond to client inquiries quickly and efficiently, maintaining the quick turnaround time for any actions required on behalf of the client.
- Identify upselling and crossselling opportunities, driving the creation of quality leads, working with Account Executives in binding the client.
- Consistently acting to upgrade insurance market knowledge, keeping abreast of new products and policy changes.

- Highly techsavvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- FOI & IWS Certification required.
- Level 1 license is a plus.
- Secondary School Diploma.
- CAIB, CIP or CRM designations considered an asset.
- Auto and Personal Lines Broker experience an asset.
- Knowledge of EPIC an asset.
Point West office hours of operation are from Monday to Tuesday 9am to 9pm, Wednesday to Saturday 9am to 6pm.
