Description

We are seeking a dedicated full-time remote backend developer to join our distributed team. As a backend developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing server-side logic, databases, and APIs that power our web applications. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our systems while collaborating with front-end developers and other team members in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain server-side applications and APIs using languages like Python, Java, or
Design and optimize database structures for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Implement robust and secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
Identify and troubleshoot performance and reliability issues in our backend systems.
Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following best practices and coding standards.
Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to improving the overall development process.
Stay updated with the latest backend development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a backend developer, with a portfolio showcasing your projects and proficiency in a backend programming language (Python, Java, , etc.).
Experience with backend frameworks like Django, Flask, Spring Boot, or
Solid understanding of database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with RESTful API development and integration.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and optimize code for performance.
Understanding of server security and data protection practices.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills for remote collaboration.
Detail-oriented approach to writing well-structured and maintainable code.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
