About This Opportunity:

In this role, you will provide administrative support with a focus on fleet management and operations. You will support the warehouse, distribution, technical and mechanical service teams.


Responsibilities:


  • Track and manage the repair expenses of the distribution center and the warehouse
  • Manage supplier's purchase orders in SAP
  • Follow up on invoices with suppliers
  • Create administrative reports for suppliers and customers
  • Monitor the repairs/maintenance for the fleet department
  • Process payroll for unionized employees
  • Welcome and coordinate administration of all new unionized employees
  • Participate in the health and safety committee

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years demonstrated experience in an office admin/executive assistant role
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating projects
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Experience with SAP is considered an asset
