Parts Counter Person - Edmonton, Canada - Edge Equipment

Description

• Daily order processing, Receiving and Shipping duties
• Assisting the Service Department with parts requests
• Pick and fill orders from stock
• Notify Parts Manager about any low inventory items or items that require immediate attention
• Sourcing parts from various suppliers
• Operation of forklift and skid steer machinery
• Operate nonmachinery material handling equipment (Pallet jacks, Dollies, Etc.)
• Assisting the Sales Department with ordering whole goods and managing their purchase orders
• Parts identification, stock handling, Cataloguing and inventory maintenance
• Pick up or deliver parts as required with company vehicle
• Other duties as required

• Minimum 12 Years working with construction equipment required
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License & drivers abstract
• Work with mínimal supervision
• Be a team player
• Ability to multitask while working in a fastpaced environment
• Able to lift 50 LBS without assistance
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Excellent customer service skills
• Sales drive, organized, and selfmotivated
• Flexible working hours as required
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Good Math skills
• 612 Months Customer Service experience considered an asset
• 612 Months Shipping/Receiving experience considered an asset
