Your contribution towards all purchasing & transaction flow and working with other departments will be a valuable contribution to making a difference.
While needing to be able to work independently, being a team player is essential as we work together closely with each other and related departments.
What you'll do:
This role is responsible for a variety of functions that include, but are not limited to:
- Purchase products using best practices to determine when and what to order to meet sales, volume, and turnover objectives.
- Evaluate product availability, determine most costeffective replenishment path.
- Manage forecasts and monitor the movement of specific product lines.
- Manage processes and inventories to ensure the consistent and timely purchase of products.
- Place orders, arrange for shipping and follow the process to delivery.
- Proactively analyze and manage vendor/ item parameters.
- Manage product ETAs in the ERP
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with external suppliers.
- Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
- Written and verbal communication with team members, vendors, and customers.
- Work collaboratively to support all other areas of the business to meet the service objective of Quality and Service Excellence to exceed customer expectations; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The successful individual will possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Inventory Management, Vendor Relationships, Organization, Customer Service.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong in Excel.
- Detailoriented and focus on accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- The ability to efficiently multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Must have the ability to strategically develop systems that will have longevity.
- Positive, responsible, and selfmotivated with demonstrated problemsolving skills.
- Must be able to work independently with little supervision and be able to work quickly with high accuracy.
- Confidence in asking questions and clarification on tasks assigned.
- College degree or equivalent is a requirement.

Hours and Locations:
**Training will be completed in our Kitchener office with an expectation of some days to be on-site in Kitchener until we move to our Mississauga office in early summer.
- 8:00 am to 5:00pm (Approximate, to be determined with new location)
- Mississauga (Meadowvale area)
- Hybrid work model
