    Business Consultant Opportunity

    This role involves coaching and leading full service restaurant leaders in the region to deliver outstanding hospitality and operational excellence.     The ideal candidate will have:

    • A minimum of 4 years of leadership and coaching experience within a full service restaurant franchise business model.
    • Proven ability to coach and lead others to success through good business processes and practices.
    • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities with the ability to implement plans through to execution.
    • Effective problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities to interact with all key stakeholders and guests.
