Jaguar Land Rover Lakeridge, part of Lakeridge Auto Gallery is looking for a Full Time Receptionist to join our team
Duties include but are not limited to the following:
Greeting customers and visitors ensuring optimum customer service
Ensure clients are directed to appropriate Department and Staff Members
Inputting customer information into excel spreadsheet
Maintain knowledge of basic dealership information to help all clients while visiting the Dealership
Handling customer inquiries and complaints with integrity and poise
Maintain the housekeeping of the dealership
Enter and update client information and traffic record counts into dealership database
Maintain a positive working relationship with team members and management in a team environment
Social Media Management and content creation
Punctuality and reliability is a must
Must be able to work Monday through to Thursday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm and Fridays 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
