Service Coordinator to join our team at our

Reporting to the
Service Manager, the Service Coordinator will be responsible for:

Proactively monitoring service agreements;
Coordinating the appointment with clients;
Scheduling technicians on various service calls;
Maintaining uptodate information in the computer system;
Processing warranty claims as required;
Ordering and tracking parts for work orders;
Providing excellent customer service to ensure customer loyalty;
Promoting the products, services and company image.

Job qualifications and Requirements:

3 to 5 years of experience in a Service Coordinator position;
Post secondary education; Technical/Mechanical training considered an asset.
Able to work autonomously and work well in a team environment;
Possess high level of motivation, initiative, and organizational skills.
Accomplished multitasker with ability to prioritize and strive under pressure.
Familiar with Windows (Excel), POS Systems, AX

Salary:
$55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
