Description

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate various machines including press brake machines, milling machines, and CNC machines
  • Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate production
  • Perform machining operations such as drilling, cutting, and shaping materials
  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications and standards
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to achieve desired results
  • Monitor machine operation and troubleshoot any issues that arise
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:


  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machine operations
  • Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings
  • Experience with milling machines, press brake machines, CNC machines, and other machining equipment
  • Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
  • Ability to use tools such as calipers for precise measurements
  • Knowledge of quality inspection techniques to ensure product accuracy
  • Welding experience is a plus

Salary:
$16.55-$30.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Ability to Commute:

  • Vaughan, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:
