As a Warehouse Associate at Shipnoble inc. you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing goods within the facility.

Your attention to detail, teamwork, and dedication to maintaining a safe working environment will contribute to the overall success of our warehouse operations.


Responsibilities:


Receiving and Inspecting Shipments:
Receive incoming shipments, verify their contents, and inspect for damages or discrepancies. Accurately record received goods in the inventory management system.

Stocking and Organizing:
Properly store incoming materials in designated locations within the warehouse. Organize and arrange products to maximize space utilization and ease of retrieval.

Order Fulfillment:
Pick and pack orders for shipment according to specified guidelines, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Prepare packages for delivery or pickup by carriers.

Inventory Management:
Regularly monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to supervisors. Assist in conducting periodic inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels.

Material Handling:
Use forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment to move goods throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.

Quality Control:

Perform quality checks on outgoing and incoming products to ensure they meet established standards and comply with customer requirements.


Housekeeping and Safety:
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed at all times. Report any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors immediately.

Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with other warehouse associates, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and ensure seamless workflow.

Part-time hours: per week


Salary:
$21.00-$23.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Experience:


  • Warehouse experience 1 year

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Licence (required)

Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location:
In-house

  • Load and unload trucks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
  • Perform inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Use a forklift to move materials around the warehouse.
  • Work with a team to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and on time.
  • Follow safety protocols in the warehouse.
  • Communicate with other departments to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week

$21.00-$23.00 per hour
