We are seeking a
Painter who is detail oriented, deadline-driven with excellent time management skills.


Responsibilities Include:


  • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.,
  • Cover exposed objects and surfaces
  • Fill cracks and holes with appropriate material
  • Keep tools clean and workspace organized and tidy
  • Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Executive Team

Qualifications

  • Two years experience painting residential or commercial spaces
  • Knowledge of all applicable health and safety standards
  • Good planning and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A high level of integrity and work commitment

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • HAMILTON, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- painting: 2 years (required)
