    Our client is a top tier, full service international law firm with offices throughout Canada and the US.

    Our client is now looking to add a highly talented mid to senior level Wills & Estates Associate to their team of experts in their Calgary office.

    The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career and skills as part of a growing and highly successful practice and will receive advanced training, mentoring and significant client exposure.

    The objective is for the successful candidate to eventually lead the Wills & Estates practice group in the Calgary office.


    Qualifications and Attributes:
    years of post call private practice experience working in wills & estates and estate planning with a reputable law firm;

    • Extensive experience advising on estate planning and estate administration matters, including applications for probate/ administration and the drafting of wills, trusts, powers of attorney and personal directives
    • TEP designated
    • Strong analytical and drafting skills;
    • Excellent interpersonal and client service skills and the ability to work well on a variety of teams;
    • Canadian qualified.
