We created the Day of Tribute, where we gather all our Suppliers, Associates & Competitors and spend a day at Beechwood Cemetery caring for the DND and the Military Veteran sections.

The Sales Manager we are looking for will be working closely with the Leadership Team to achieve sales targets and drive the business forward with even stronger growth than we already achieve.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and the retention rate
Hires, trains, directs, and manages all sales staff involved with sales and customer service
Develop a strong team
Coach, mentor and motivate the sales team to ensure that performance metrics and sales goals are achieved
Contribute ideas to and participate in the development and implementation of the company's marketing plans.
Be accountable for ensuring the successful conversion of Leads to sales.
Monitor all performance metrics related to sales and the customer experience
Provide recommendations to management on any growth potential and opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas
Other nonessential job duties may be assigned.

Must be located in Ottawa or close by and be able to meet in person when necessary:

High energy, passionate and influential
Motivating a sales team must be fun for you
Strong sales aptitude and the ability to manage a team of sales representatives.
Analytical & Organizational skills along with an ability to multitask

Great Communication Skills

A minimum of 5 years of management experience - must have experience having previously built and mentored a successful sales team
:

Experience hiring, training, and managing a staff of 5 or more employees
Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office software & Google Docs
Self motivated, resultsdriven and career focused individual with a strong desire to be successful
