Job Summary


The Preferred Accommodation (PA) Representative is a non-clinical member of the patient care team who is responsible for ensuring that Southlake patients' preferred accommodation requests are being met to the best of the hospital's abilities.

The PA Representative will communicate Southlake's Preferred Accommodation program as well as ensure that all the required documentation and financial information is complete.


Qualifications
Post-secondary education
- marketing and sales background preferred

Primary Responsibilities
A minimum of two years recent experience in a customer service role with demonstrated computer proficiency (face-to-face experience required)

  • Previous experience dealing with patients
  • Hospital and health care facility experience

  • Ability to pay close attention to details
