As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Glazing Project Manager to play a key role in overseeing and executing complex glazing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality delivery, safety compliance, and budget adherence. This is an excellent opportunity if you are a proactive, solutions-focused individual looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a leading-edge construction company.
What You'll Do
Lead end-to-end management of multiple glazing and building envelope projects, ranging in scale from $100K to $10M

Interpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure the proper installation of curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, railings, doors, and canopies, all in compliance with applicable codes and technical requirements
Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, schedules, and material delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with production and site activities
Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of custom glazing systems, aluminum framing, and specialty components. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule expectations are met
Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to supporting team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and accountability
Oversee project coordination, including change orders, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and quality assurance documentation in alignment with construction workflows
Utilize platforms such as Jonas, Bluebeam, Excel, Adobe, CAD/SketchUp, and project management software to plan, track, and report on project progress
Lead site meetings and progress reviews, proactively resolving field issues to ensure timely resolution, clear communication, and client satisfaction
Enforce strict safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control procedures throughout all project phases
Deliver results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong communication and leadership
What You Bring to the Team
Minimum of 5 years of glazing project management experience, with strong exposure to curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, canopies, windows, doors, and railing systems
Post-secondary education in architectural technology, construction management, or a related discipline preferred
PMP designation or equivalent certification is considered an asset
Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million
