AYLA is an upscale Mediterranean restaurant located in Griffintown, Montreal. We are looking to hire experienced Line Cooks


POSITION:
Line Cooks


SCHEDULE:
Full-time and/or Part-time


SALARY:
$19-23/H (depending on experience)


DESCRIPTION:


  • Execute Mediterranean dishes quickly and efficiently according to house recipes and highend presentation specifications
  • Assist with daily food prep, ordering and inventory management (i.e. ability to inspect, receive and store all kitchen related items)
  • Comply with the restaurant's food safety rules, as well as high sanitary standards and hygiene measures

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 23 years of experience in a highend restaurant
  • Ability to multitask and maintain a level of professionalism under pressure
  • Passion for food and culinary excellence
