Job Summary

We are seeking a Total Rewards & Culture Specialist who will play a unique role in bringing compensation, rewards, recognition and staff experience together at World Vision Canada.
This role combines precision of total rewards with direct involvement in culture and staff experience - work that is engaging, dynamic,
and seen across World Vision Canada (WVC).
The Total Rewards & Culture Specialist will contribute to the moments and programs that help our teams feel connected
and supported because when people have a positive experience at work they stay grow their impact reaches vulnerable children
and communities we serve.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to compensation processes accuracy fairness alignment across all roles WVC.
  • Maintain organize Job Description Library Support annual salary survey submissions Assist with compensation benchmarking data preparation Gather data information Pay Equity Maintenance reporting Evaluate WVC Individual Contributor positions Hay Methodology Ensure proper completion benefit enrollment forms distribute onboarding documentation benefits pension enrollment new hires receive timely accurate plan information Complete benefits pension-related employee data updates audits Recognition Program Support champion WVC recognition program coordinating full nomination evaluation process Organize nomination prepare scorecard materials committee members Schedule facilitate quarterly recognition committee meetings Track nominations participation metrics Ministry Functions Prepare recognition postings intranet ensuring stories shared clearly respectfully alignment tone Serve ambassador promoting participation answering questions coordinating reminders supporting awareness WVC Staff Experiences Help bring events moments connect inspire unite staff WVC Coordinate logistics materials key PC&C-led events such as VisionWeek Day Prayer Fiscal Kick-Off Weekly Quarterly Staff Events other experience-focused initiatives Support day-event coordination including setup hosting needs frontline assistance required Track staff experience metrics participation data related PC&C OKRs monitor progress identify opportunities improvement Contribute ideas observations enhance overall staff experience ensure events meaning welcoming Collaborate PC&C teammates internal partners maintain consistent standards experiences General PC&C Support Provide flexible support People Culture Connection portfolio strengthen key programs initiatives Assist Total Rewards People Experience Learning Development teams coordination documentation project support needed Contribute cross-functional projects advance staff culture connection WVC Offer administrative logistical support peak activity periods smooth delivery team-wide commitments
