Human Resources Advisor - Toronto, Canada - Pet Card
Description
The Human Resources Advisor is responsible for the various HR practices of our two companies, Iceberg Finance and iFinance Canada.
These companies represent some 170 employees across Canada.
Reporting to the VP Operations, the HR Manager is in charge of the staffing process, employee induction and integration, and various HR projects.
Responsibilities:
- Staffing processes ( 70% ) taking requirements for positions to be filled
- carry out the various stages of recruitment
- making the offer, drafting the contract and hiring
- Complete employee profile, present benefits and various company policies;
- Be the point of contact for employee HR issues;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations;
- Manage the group insurance and RRSP program;
- Coordinate the performance appraisal process;
- Manage internal communications (HR newsletter); Participate in and coordinate the company's social club.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources;
- Approximately 3 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting;
- Good management of priorities;
- Bilingualism French-English mandatory, as half the team is unilingual French;
- Discretion and confidentiality; Experience in a fastgrowing environment.
