Position Overview:

LightBox is looking for an experienced Account Manager (AM) to join our Enterprise Data team.

The Account Manager will drive revenue retention and growth within a set of existing LightBox Data and LandVision clients and will report to the Director of Account Management.

This role requires an effective communicator with strong business and sales acumen alongside excellent organizational skills. They must be able to manage a large portfolio of accounts with a focus on client retention and growth.

The Account Manager will also act as the primary point of contact with their client and will need to leverage other LightBox teams such as Customer Support, Client Success, Account Executives, Legal, Marketing and more to meet Customer expectations and secure contract renewals and revenue growth.


What you will do and achieve:

  • Manage a large portfolio of existing LightBox clients
  • Execute on a daily cadence of client outreach and engagement across your entire portfolio of accounts
  • Acquire a comprehensive understanding of your clients' industries and usecases
  • Develop deep knowledge of LightBox core products and how they support your clients business
  • Actively seek opportunities for "upsell/crosssell" opportunities
  • Monitor and mitigate "at risk" accounts to secure account renewals
  • Collaborate with key internal LightBox resources such as Support, Client Success, Legal, Product Management etc. to ensure client loyalty and revenue retention
  • Create quotes and manage the contracting and contract administration with clients within established LightBox processes and best practices
  • Track and log all sales activity and opportunity data in Salesforce
  • Achieve and exceed revenue retention and growth targets

Who you are:


Education

  • BA/BS degree
Experience

Key Knowledge & Skills

  • Able to work successfully in both an independent and team capacity
  • Proven ability to develop, maintain and leverage strong business relationships through multiple customer levels
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and detailoriented
  • Must be able to prioritize and multitask with special attention to detail and followup
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Pay:
$80,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
