Fernie Alpine Resort is looking to fill the position of MountainBike Coach. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills,mountain bike coaching certification and will be a team player. You Will:

Ensure a safe, comfortable and friendlyatmosphere for both guests and staff

Provide nonstop excellence in guest service

Instruct, coach and guide guests of all ages,beginner to advanced riders

Provide lesson ability reports & relevantadministration forms as required

Knowledge and adherence to the BikersResponsibility Code

General on hill tasks and maintenance asrequired

Acting as ambassadors and hosts at variousfunctions for the resort on and off the hill

Know and adhere to the policies, rules andprotocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook

Know and follow all safe work proceduresincluded in the Safety Management Program

Know and comply with all expectations of theInjury Management/Return-to-Work Programs

To perform other tasks and duties that areapplicable

You Have:

PMBIA certification (or equivalent) Level 1minimum requirement

Mountain bike coaching experience an asset

Excellent interpersonal skills

Thrives working in a team environment
