Twin Hills Ford Lincoln Limited is currently looking for an enthusiastic Service Advisor to provide front-line customer service and sales for the Service Department.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide frontline customer service
  • Arrange and confirm service appointments (inbound and outbound phone calls)
  • Open and close work orders and provide repair recommendations
  • Perform daily and weekly reminder calls for service customers
  • Greeting customers on the phone or in the dealership
  • Explaining the nature of repairs
  • Advising customers how to look after their vehicles
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Contact all customers that were unable to take advantage of their scheduled service appointment and reschedule the appointment

Experience and Skills:

  • The passion for vehicles
  • The ability to work as a part of a TEAM

  • Strong communication skills
  • Outstanding personality
  • Good time management skills
  • Proficient with excel, word, and confident with PC usage
  • Organizational ability and attention to detail

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Automotive: 1 year (preferred)
