    Description

    Job Summary

    Prepare a variety of food items using various cooking methods under the direction of a Manager or designate.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Prepared assigned food items by methods/procedures such as roasting, frying, grilling, steaming, poaching, boiling and baking.
    • Maintained high standards for quality and presentation of prepared meals.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:


    A minimum completion from recognized program in culinary arts with relevant training experience. Food Safe Level 1 Certification is an asset. Essential skills include communication effectiveness both verbally/written ability to work effectively with others; physical stamina required to perform job requirements regularly frequent bending/squatting/standing lifting up to 50 lbs occasional heavy carrying/scanning essential time management organizational skills working accurately efficiently.
