    Learning & Development (L&D) Designer/Developer - Job DescriptionSupports a highly complex agile learning project by iteratively assessing learning needs, recommending solutions broken down into 2-week increments, allocating work and delivering timely, high quality, consistent, learning solutions that positively impact business metricsAbility to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex information and theoretical concepts while applying clear language principlesEffectively collaborates with multiple stakeholders at all levelsAbility to review source content and requirements and identify learning needsWorks directly with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture content-specific knowledgeDesigns and develops engaging, interactive blended learning solutions ensuring learning and performance objectives are metEnsures learning solutions align to bank's brand, learner accessibility and principles of diversity and inclusion, leveraging established standards and guidelines and achieve success criteria while managing scope, risks and stakeholder engagement, and problem resolution Leverages best in class common practices, agile processes and measures across the design/development functionProvides deep subject matter expertise in learning and performance consulting, including knowledge of external best practices and emerging trends; maintains best practices in agile instructional design and development and program evaluation and measurementProvides design and development thought leadership around how to effectively design and develop in increments and/or industry knowledge and participates in knowledge transfer within the teamAbility to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlinesProtects the interests of the organization – identify and manage risks, and escalate non-standard activities/concerns as necessaryMaintains a culture of risk management and controlAdapts quickly to change, effectively reprioritizing work based on shifting requirements and needs of the businessLearning & Development (L&D) Designer/Developer - Mandatory Skills8+ years' experience as an Instructional Designer and DeveloperWorking experience designing and developing learning solutions on an Agile TeamDemonstrated ability to design and develop in iterationsAdvanced design skills in creating high quality, fully accessible learning deliverables in all modalities (i.e.

    e-Learning instructor led - classroom & virtual materials; and self-led learning, etc.)Instructional Design and Development experience supporting the financial industry on complex, fast-paced transformational projectsAdvanced MS Office (PowerPoint & Word) experienceLearning & Development (L&D) Designer/Developer- Preferred SkillsSkills developing eLearning and simulations using the Articulate 360 suite of productsSkills developing videos using a variety of products (Adobe suite, Camtasia, Vyond, etc.)
