Production Hand Lead - Bilingual (SPANISH / ENGLISH) (FT)
All Equip Repair & Service is looking to hire a Production Lead Hand who speaks

English and Spanish for our St.
Marys location.

Our St. Mary's shop also does refurbishing, custom and production building of trailers. We offer permanent full-time, year-round employment, working Monday to Friday, day shift only.

We also offer competitive wages based on experience, bi-weekly pay schedule, medical, and dental care benefits and an RRSP plan.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead Hand will report directly to the Shop Supervisor.
  • Ensure the safety of 20+ employees.
  • Ensure jobs are being performed properly and efficiently.
  • Help out where needed.

Requirements:


  • Able to communicate, written and verbally in Spanish and English.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of various tools and equipment.
  • Work well in a fastpaced environment.
  • Pay rate will be based on experience.
