    Starting rate


    $24.77/hour

    Shifts


    This position operates on a rotating biweekly schedule, alternating between day and night shifts.

    • Week 1: 48 hours (4 days) from 12 AM to 12 PM
    • Week 2: 36 hours (3 days) from 12 AM to 12 PM
    • Week 3: 48 hours (4 days) from 12 PM to 12 AM
    • Week 4: 36 hours (3 days) from 12 PM to 12 AM

    Job Responsibilities

    • Operate furnace used to melt metals for molding and casting.
    • Operate overhead crane to lift, move and place materials.
    • Conduct pre-operational inspections.
    • Manage transfer and alloying of liquid aluminum.
    • Perform additional related production tasks as required.

    Education and Experience Requirements

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment.

    Additional requirements

    • Flexibility to work rotating shifts as outlined.
    • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
    • Comfortable working in hot manufacturing environments (30°C to 40°C; up to 50°C near furnaces).
    • Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
