Description

SOV Roofing & Waterproofing is looking for a Torch-On Roofer to join our successful team. The main role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on large-scale residential, commercial and institutional projects. Our services include below-grade waterproofing systems, liquid membrane systems, flat roofs, green roofing, and metal roofs. Salary to be commensurate with qualifications.

What we expect from you:

RCABC apprentice ship/Red Seal ticket is an asset (but not required)
Experience with local constructions methods and materials is an asset (but not required)
Responsible and organized.
Be able to be collaborate with the team.
Drivers license or a way to arrive at the job sites in the morning.
Able to be phyically active: Bending, crouching, kneeling.
Able to work from heights (no fear of heights).

What you are going to do:

Install, repair, and replace built-up roofing systems.

Bonus, as follows: If you are hired as a torchon roofer, and you stay at the company for six months, you will receive a $500 bonus. If you stay for 12 months, you will receive another $500 bonus.

Pay:
$28.00-$50.00 per hour

Expected hours:
No less than 40 per week
