E-Commerce Manager

Do you love everything beauty and wellness? kaia naturals, an award-winning natural luxury beauty company is currently looking for a Ecommerce Manager to join their team.

We are looking for a creative team player that can wear multiple hats and loves the beauty business.

If you have a minimum of 3 years of e-commerce experience on Shopify or WooCommerce and exceptional graphic design skills we are interested in speaking with you.

PORTFOLIO AND RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THE APPLICATION

Reporting to the Marketing Director this role will be required to have outstanding UX/UI and graphic design skills and a luxury aesthetic packaging design ability.

This role also requires a good understanding of e-commerce and the technical aspects as well as the ability to front end design.

This is a hybrid role: 40% e-commerce management and 60% design.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all updates required on our D2C Ecommerce platform (Elementor/Wordpress & WooCommerce)
• Maintain weekly online maintenance and improvements
• Analyze website performance through Google Analytics and optimize consumer journey using marketing automation tools
• Report on key ecommerce metrics and provide solutions for better consumer experience

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in ecommerce
• Must be teamoriented, but possess the ability to selfmanage
• Excellent Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and WordPress
• Knowledge of Shopify and WooComerce ecommerce platforms
• Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar emarketing software

Salary:
$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
