Investment Negotiator

OVERVIEW:

The Investment Negotiator (Media Buyer) is responsible for the overall execution and management of their assigned client's investment requirements, purchasing and monitoring all assigned campaigns to ensure all objectives are met.

YOUR IMPACT:

Communicate buy changes to vendor reps e

g:
cancellations, shifts, brand changes

Maintenance of campaign executions e

g:
pacing, make goods and pre-emption

Invoice discrepancy resolution
Inputting/uploading campaigns broadcast and potential digital
Generating campaign reports including pre and post documents, Masterfiles
Daily campaign maintenance
Corporate estimating and posting
Execution, confirmation and monitoring of investment buys
Maintenance of clients' monthly media expenditures (budget control reports)
Use Mediacom Proprietary tool and other measurement software (Numeris)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Driven desire to develop and excel in a media career
Strong attention to detail accuracy and mathematical competency is a must
Highly developed organizational skills
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Demonstrated solid technical and negotiation skills
Ability to collaborate within a team
Positive, flexible attitude with ability to balance assignments and work under tight deadlines
Intermediate proficiency in MediaOcean, Infosys, Airware, TV/BBM, LENS, and other media related tools
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

Education and Experience

12 years of experience in Investment buying
Postsecondary degree/diploma in Advertising, Marketing, Business or a related field.
