Lot Attendant - North Vancouver, Canada - Park Shore BMW

Description

• Manage and park vehicles in the company parking lot
• Greet customers when they arrive
• Inspect vehicles to determine if they are in good repair and ready for use
• Clean and organize parking lot, including loading and unloading vehicles
• Communicate with management about any issues or concerns
• Schedule maintenance on vehicles and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
• Provide direction to employees when needed
• Answer customer questions about the vehicle or its usage

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required, college degree preferred
• Previous experience in similar position preferred, but not required
• Valid driver's license required with good driving record, must be able to pass driving record check required by North Vancouver, BC Department of Transportation (DOT)
• Ability to work independently with little supervision required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with general problemsolving skills
• Ability to drive 1620 year old SUV or van, with loading capacity of up to 55 lbs. for route route duties
