ZyTech is looking to welcome an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team.

Check key control data on sales order. · Review invoices and progress claims for completeness and ensure they are submitted on time.

· Distributing customer invoices and maintaining electronic and hard copy records · Prepare credit notes as necessary and obtain approvals from salespeople.

· Adhere to ZyTech's safety, quality assurance and standard operating procedures and policies. · Assist in the Bank Reconciliation process. · Daily deposit postings in Great Plains · Overhead and Inventory receiving. · Goods received, not invoiced monthly reconciliation. · Assist in the inventory count processing and reconciliations. · Other account reconciliations and duties as assigned.

Accounting/ Degree or Diploma

• Intermediate skills in Excel, and its applications.
• Intermediate skills working with computer software.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with task prioritization, multi-tasking, use of timelines and time management techniques
